Welcome to Super One Cleaning Services! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
– Company: Refers to Super One Cleaning Services.
– Client: Refers to any individual or business that engages the Company for cleaning services.
– Services: Refers to the cleaning services provided by the Company.
– Agreement: Refers to the contract between the Company and the Client for the provision of services.
Services
2.1 Scope of Work
The Company agrees to provide domestic and commercial cleaning services as specified in the Agreement. Services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and office cleaning.
2.2 Service Hours
Services are provided Monday to Sonday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services outside these hours may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
2.3 Equipment and Supplies
The Company will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients must provide access to water and electricity.
Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Booking
Clients can book services via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Cancellation
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service without incurring a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
3.3 Changes to Service
Any changes to the service scope or timing must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Additional services or changes may result in an adjusted fee.
Payment Terms
4.1 Rates
Rates for services will be outlined in the Agreement. The Company reserves the right to adjust rates with prior notice to the Client.
4.2 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services for one-time bookings, or as per the invoicing schedule for regular clients. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount for each week the payment is overdue.
Client Obligations
5.1 Access
Clients must provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon times. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
5.2 Safety
Clients must ensure that the working environment is safe and free from hazards.
5.3 Valuables
Clients are responsible for securing valuables. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables.
Liability and Insurance
6.1 Damage
The Company will take reasonable care to avoid damage to property. If damage occurs due to negligence, the Company will repair or compensate for the damage up to a maximum of £200.
6.2 Insurance
The Company carries liability insurance to cover any damage or injury caused by our staff during the provision of services.
6.3 Limitations
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Complaints
Clients should report any dissatisfaction with services within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will make every effort to resolve complaints promptly.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Termination
8.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate the Agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice for ongoing services. Immediate termination may incur a fee equivalent to one month of services.
8.2 Termination by Company
The Company may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the Client breaches any of these Terms or fails to make timely payments.
Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting client privacy. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
